A Riverside Sanctuary for Rest and Reflection

A simple, soulful stay where you can rest, reconnect with nature, and support the education of young girls through every day you spend.

Space Built for Practice and Reflection

Yogadhaama is more than a place to stay — it’s a living sanctuary designed for silence, space, and self-discovery.

Yoga Shalas:
Two practice halls — an open-air riverside shala built with bamboo, stone, and dry grass (up to 50 people) and a soundproof enclosed hall (capacity 100). Ideal for morning self-practice, private meditation, or small group sessions.

Gardens & Common Areas:
Wander through flowering gardens and quiet pathways. Sit by the river, on the verandah, or under a tree — perfect for reflection or an unhurried conversation.

Library:
A small but meaningful collection of books on yoga, Vedanta, spirituality, and self-growth awaits you — a quiet refuge for study or contemplation.

Amenities:
Reliable leased-line Wi-Fi, 24/7 hot water, and serene spaces that balance simplicity with comfort.

Rooms: Simple, Elegant, and Nurturing

Our rooms are designed to help you slow down — spacious, minimal, and filled with natural light.

Garden View Rooms:
Six rooms open into lush gardens. Each unit comes with a single bed, a western-style bathroom, and 24-hour hot water.

River View Rooms:
Four rooms are located right beside the Cauvery — perfect for early morning meditation or quiet reflection.

Occupancy:
Choose from single, double, or triple rooms. We accommodate up to 20 guests in double occupancy (expandable to 30 with extra beds).

Food: Nourishment for Body and Soul

At Yogadhaama, food is part of the practice. We believe in the simple truth — “We are what we eat.”

  • Style: Home-cooked, vegetarian sattvic meals made fresh daily.

  • Menu: Balanced North and South Indian meals, lovingly prepared and customizable for vegan or dietary preferences.

  • Sourcing: 40–60% of our produce is organically grown on campus; the rest is locally sourced from nearby farms.

  • Evenings: Enjoy a cup of kashaya or herbal tea — a soothing blend of Ayurvedic herbs and spices that calm and detoxify.

Each meal is a moment of connection — with nature, nourishment, and gratitude.
